The big day
After letting us know in advance, you can come in an hour before the start to decorate. The tables are already set up.

A bright hall with large windows, air conditioning and a kitchen on site. We set up the open space for a dinner at one long table, at separate tables, or as a buffet with room to dance.

How many guests can the venue take?
We seat up to 69 guests at tables in 144 sqm. For a smaller group we arrange the room so it does not feel empty.
Do you host 18th birthday parties?
Yes. 18th birthdays are among the most common enquiries we get. The person who books the venue is responsible for the event and the guests' behaviour, and we agree the hours and rules when booking.
Do you provide food?
Yes. We prepare the menu with our own catering, for an additional fee, as a served dinner or a buffet, and cater for dietary needs. Your own catering is possible by prior arrangement - there is a kitchen on site.
Can we bring our own music or a DJ?
Yes. The sound system is included in the hire, and you choose the music: your own playlist or a DJ you invite. The person hiring the venue is the organiser of the event.
How late can a birthday party go on?
The finishing time is agreed when booking. Parties can also take place in the evening and at night.
How is this different from a birthday in a restaurant?
You get the whole venue to yourselves. In a restaurant there are other guests at the next tables, while here you set up the tables, decorate the room and choose the music yourselves.
How much does it cost to hire the venue for a birthday?
Pricing is individual and depends on the day of the week, the hours, the number of guests and the menu. We send a quote once we know the date, headcount and menu.
Can we light candles on the cake?
Yes, candles on the cake are fine. The venue rules do not allow pyrotechnics, so sparklers, cake fountains and fireworks are not permitted.
