What takes place here
The room is open inside, so the same floor handles both a small board meeting and a conference with several speakers.
Industry conferences
Several speakers, a full day agenda and breaks between blocks. Registration goes by the entrance, the networking spills onto the terrace.
Presentations and launches
Showing a product or an offer to clients and partners. Sound system included and space for a display along the side of the room.
Meetings and AGMs
Housing associations, cooperatives, societies and boards. A layout where everyone sees the chair and each other.
Client meetings
Open days, briefings and product training for partners, on neutral ground away from your own offices.
Hybrid events
Part of the audience in the room, part online. Fast WiFi carries the stream and the remote participants without stuttering.
Press conferences
A short statement and questions, in the city centre, easy to reach for anyone travelling in from outside Bydgoszcz.
What is on site and what to bring
We say this plainly so nobody discovers a gap on the day. It is the question that comes up in every conference enquiry.
Sound system
On site and included in the rate. In a room this size it saves the speaker's voice across a full day.
Fast WiFi
The connection handles cloud presentations, online streaming and participants working on their own laptops.
Projector and screen
Speakers usually bring their own set. If you need one waiting for you, mention it in your enquiry and we will sort it out along with the date.
Quiet and air conditioning
The windows face the courtyard, so city traffic stays out of the room. Air conditioning holds the temperature with a full house, summer included.
How we set the room up for a talk
We choose the layout together before preparing the quote. It drives both the capacity and the way the event runs.
Theatre
Chairs in rows, the largest capacity. The default layout for a conference with speakers and for a presentation.
U shape
Tables in a U. Everyone sees each other, so discussion and voting run smoothly. The natural choice for a meeting or an AGM.
Classroom
Rows of tables facing the speaker. Chosen when participants need to take notes or work on laptops.
Talk plus networking area
Chairs in part of the room and tables along the wall for coffee, materials and registration. The break needs no trip outside.
From enquiry to conference in four steps
One point of contact for the whole event, with nobody passing you between three people.
We check the date
You call or write with the date and the number of participants. We usually reply the same day.
We agree the agenda
Room layout, hours, breaks and lunch. That is the basis for the quote we send your company.
We book the date
We sign the agreement and block the date. You get an invoice and a single point of contact.
We run the day
The room stands ready before the first guest and the breaks land on the agenda without anyone chasing them.
Where it is
The conference room is at ul. Krzysztofa Gotowskiego 6 in central Bydgoszcz, ten metres from the Brda river, with parking by the building. Participants from out of town find it without searching, and the networking moves onto 100 sqm of terrace above the water.
Questions about the conference room
Answers to what people ask most often, before they even call.
How many people does the conference room hold?
Up to 100 theatre style, on chairs alone. We seat 69 at tables and fewer in a U shape, because everyone gets their own stretch of table. We settle the exact number together with the layout.
Are the sound system and WiFi included?
Yes, both are included in the rate. The connection handles cloud presentations and online streaming, so a hybrid event needs no extra technical arrangements.
Can I book the room for half a day?
Yes. We rent it for a single block, a full working day or several days in a row. Hours are agreed when you book, early mornings and evenings included.
Do you issue a company invoice?
Yes. Billing a company is standard here, and you have one point of contact for the whole event, from the first enquiry to the conference day.
Is there somewhere to hold a coffee break?
We serve coffee and snacks from our own kitchen, either in the room or on the terrace over the Brda. Lunch is ordered together with the room, so participants do not go looking for a restaurant nearby.
Can everyone see the speaker?
There is a single support column roughly in the middle of the room. We arrange the chairs so that it blocks nobody, and in a full theatre layout we move the speaker's position closer to the windows.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is parking by the building and a space is usually available. The venue sits in central Bydgoszcz, so public transport works well too.
