How far in advance should we book a Christmas party venue?
We book December dates in advance, so it is worth asking as early as September or October. The date is confirmed once the details are agreed and the deposit is paid.
How many people can attend the Christmas party?
We seat 69 guests at tables in the 144 sqm hall. We agree the exact table layout with you. For a smaller team we arrange the hall so it never feels empty.
Do you provide a Christmas menu?
Yes. We agree a festive menu with the kitchen to suit the occasion and your budget, served or as a buffet. Dietary needs are catered for. Your own caterer is possible by prior arrangement - there is a kitchen facility on site.
Do you issue an invoice to the company?
Yes. Once the details are agreed we send a written summary, and after the event we issue an invoice. Pricing is individual and depends on the number of guests and the chosen menu.
How late can the Christmas party go on?
We host Christmas parties at lunchtime and in the evening. The finishing time is agreed when booking, so there is no single fixed limit.
Is the party held in a restaurant alongside other guests?
No. You get the whole hall just for your company. That is the main difference from a Christmas dinner in a restaurant, where regular diners sit at the next tables and speeches or gift-giving are awkward.
