U shape
Tables in a U, everyone facing inwards. Works for jubilees and company dinners where the speeches matter.
Buffet and dance floor
Tables along the walls, open space in the middle. The layout for birthdays and weddings where dancing beats a sit down dinner.
Hall plus terrace
In warm weather part of the reception moves onto the 100 sqm terrace over the Brda: the welcome, the cake or a break between courses.

Seated at tables we fit 69 guests into 144 sqm. For a standing buffet without a full set of chairs it holds more, but we agree the exact number when you book, because it depends on the layout.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. There is a kitchen area on site for a catering company. You can also order catering through us, in which case we set the menu along with the date.
How late can a banquet run?
We host receptions in the evening and at night as well. The finishing time is agreed when you book, so there is no single fixed cut off.
Are tables and chairs charged separately?
No. Tables, chairs, air conditioning, the sound system and WiFi are all included in the rent. The room is set in the agreed layout before you arrive.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes, there is parking by the building. The hall is in the centre of Bydgoszcz, so public transport works well too.
