How long is the rental agreement?
Three months as standard, with the option to extend. Longer terms are agreed individually.
What does the flat utility fee cover?

Can I get in during the evening or at the weekend?
Yes. You get your own key and use the unit at any hour, seven days a week.
Are the units furnished?
We rent the units ready for you to fit out, so everyone can arrange them around their own work. Any equipment is agreed when signing.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable deposit covers the condition of the unit and comes back to you when the rental ends. We give the amount together with the rate.
Can I book the event hall as a tenant?
Yes. The hall is in the same building, just let us know the date in advance.
