Team building
The hall is yours alone, so you can start with the formal part and finish with a party. At an extra cost we add an entertainer running team-building games.
Banquet and company dinner
A served dinner at one long table or a buffet with space to mingle. We plan the menu individually to suit the event.
Training and party on the same day
Training or a workshop during the day, dinner in the same hall in the evening. Your team does not have to move between venues.
Sound system and WiFi
Included in the hire: a sound system for speeches, your year-end summary and your music, plus fast WiFi.
Terrace by the Brda
In summer part of the event moves onto the 100 sqm terrace: welcoming guests, a team photo or a moment in the fresh air.
One contact and an invoice
You arrange everything with one person, without being passed between the venue, the kitchen and the staff. After the event we issue a VAT invoice for your company.

The process is short, with no unnecessary meetings: from enquiry to booking usually takes a few days.

You write or call with the date and headcount. We let you know whether the date is free, usually the same day.
We agree the details
We suggest a room layout and menu to suit the event, the number of guests and your budget.
We book it
The date is secured once the deposit is paid, and we send the arrangements in writing so they are easy to share at your company.

The hall is ready before your team arrives. Your guests walk straight in.

A bright hall with large windows, air conditioning and a kitchen on site. The open interior can be set up for dinner at one long table, at separate tables, as a buffet with space to mingle or in rows for the formal part.

How many people fit at a corporate event?
We seat up to 69 people at tables in 144 sqm. For the formal part or a presentation in theatre style the hall holds up to 100. For a smaller team we arrange the room so it does not feel empty.
Do you help organise a team-building event?
Yes. We provide the hall, food from our catering, the sound system and staff, and at an extra cost an entertainer running team-building games. We plan the programme with you when you book.
Do you provide food?
Yes. Catering is available at an extra cost: from snacks and a buffet to a served dinner. We plan the menu individually to suit the event. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes are also available.
Do you issue a VAT invoice for companies?
Yes. Once the details are agreed we send a written summary, and after the event we issue an invoice.
Can we combine training and a party in one place?
Yes. During the day the hall works as a training or conference room, and in the evening we set it up for dinner. Your team stays in one place, and you have one contact and one invoice.
How late can a corporate event run?
We agree the finishing time when you book. Events can also take place in the evening and at night.
Can we hold a summer company event on the terrace?
Yes. The hall opens onto a 100 sqm terrace overlooking the Brda, so in summer part of the event can move outside, while the hall serves as the base for food and the formal part.
How much does it cost to hire the venue for a corporate event?
Pricing is individual and depends on the day of the week, hours, number of guests and the menu. We send a quote once we know the date, headcount and menu.
