Questions about renting
What tenants ask most often before the first viewing.
How long an agreement do we sign?
Six months as standard, with the option to extend. A different term is agreed individually.
What does the flat utility fee cover?
Water, heating, waste collection and internet. In the 5.6 and 9 m² units electricity is covered by that rate as well. In the 12.2 and 16.4 m² units we settle it separately, based on the submeter in your unit at the supplier's rate.
Can I get in during the evening or at the weekend?
Yes. You get your own key and use the unit at any hour, seven days a week.
Is the unit equipped?
The units are equipped exactly as set out in the detailed description of each unit.
How much is the deposit?
A refundable deposit covers the condition of the unit and comes back to you when the rental ends. It equals two months of rent.
Can I book the event hall as a tenant?
Yes. The hall is in the same building, just let us know the date in advance and if it is free, we will gladly make the hall available to you.
